Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 – 2 tbsp UMF 5+ manuka honey
- 1 cup of coconut
- pine nuts
- cashew nuts
- sultanas (according to your taste)
- dried apricots (according to your taste)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Method
Mix together the first four ingredients and place in the oven at 180 degree C. (approximately 20 to 30 minutes in total)
Check the muesli every 10 minutes or so to turn it and to ensure it is well mixed and does not burn.
When almost finished add the remaining ingredients and cook a further 4 – 5 minutes.
