More about this Honey
This honey has been wild harvested primarily from pristine Mānuka in the Far North and Bay of Islands regions. This warmer northernmost region produces the earliest flowering and some of the purest and strongest Mānukas in New Zealand.
Kāre is a Māori whanau owned boutique operation producing artisan honeys mainly by hand. Your product has been carefully selected, hand labelled, individually checked, and hand packaged – providing you with a high quality, more personal product.
10% of the Kāre’s profits are given to support and assist children in developing countries and here in New Zealand where the divide between rich and poor is continuing to increase. We and the children who benefit from your support thank you. Kia ora.
