Certified UMF® Mānuka honey products must meet the strictest standards of both the NZ Government and the UMF® Honey Association.  They system appraises key markers found only in UMF® Mānuka honey.  These markers confirm the honey’s quality and purity.  The UMF® system guarantees that your product is pure New Zealand Mānuka honey and that the honey is produced and packed in New Zealand.

This honey has been wild harvested primarily from pristine mānuka in the Far North and Bay of Islands regions.  This warmer northernmost region produces the earliest flowering and some of the purest and strongest Mānukas in New Zealand.
